I was wondering dude, where are the interns? Perhaps these are the new "interns," but they don't have the same style. Anyways, I think he needs pouches on his belt or a satchel, less advanced looking armor, an maybe some elbow pads. I'm personally fond of patchwork baggy pants for an inexperienced hunter. I guess what I mean is he looks like his armor is too expensive for him to be a rookie.

this is like a mid grade squire, already having competence for combat and showing you what all it could potentially be.

when you compare them to knights, its like one knight can take on 4 of these guys.

Oh, besides what i just posted on void, you could work on his face too. It's elements (eyes, mouth and nose) look a bit too small inside it.
And while it might be that way really, in the design, the purple armor part looks like it's above the brown one. If that's like it, then you could toughen those lines that pass above the brown armor, so tha tit becomes clear.

Anatomy looks good, but the face being squished makes it look like he has a giant forehead of doom.
